Lauren is no stranger to the construction industry. Her first part-time job was working at DonahueFavret Contractors during the summer when she was a freshman at Mandeville High School.
She went to Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge and finished her education at Southeastern Louisiana University, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Economics.
Working full-time with DonahueFavret Contractors since 2007, she is the Business Development Coordinator and in 2019 became both a shareholder and a member of its Board of Directors.
Lauren has become an avid philanthropist and is active in several local non-profit organizations including the American Heart Association, Habitat for Humanity, and the Safe Haven Foundation. In 2021-2022 Lauren served as Co-Chair for the American Heart Association’s Northshore “Go Red for Women” campaign. She is also a member of the American Heart Association’s “Circle of Red” and a member of their organization’s executive leadership team. Lauren serves as an advisor to the DFC FORE Charity Fund, a local non-profit created to raise funds for other 501c3’s in the community.
