Thibodaux Health System Houma-Raceland Clinc

Thibodaux Regional Health System hired DonahueFavret Contractors to provide Design/Build services for two fast tracked clinics in Houma and Raceland. The TRHS needed to occupy the spaces within 60 days from signing of the lease. Our team expedited the design and permitting process by working collaboratively for roughly two weeks to produce a set of documents to price and permit. Our team utilized an early release demo package to help expedite the schedule and also uncover any unforeseen issues prior to pricing or design completion. The project consisted of exam rooms, nurse stations, imaging procedure rooms and multi-functional conference space. The project was delivered on schedule and budget.
