Walmart

DonhahueFavret Contractors completed four Walmart Neighborhood Markets from 2015 to 2016 for developer SkilkenGold. Our first project (Gretna, LA) was competitively bid against three other contractors. DonahueFavret was selected as the successful bidder and immediately began construction of the facility. These projects were six-month durations and included a 43,000 SF grocery facility, a 5,000 SF gas station, and typically a 10-15 acre site development package. Along with all of our contracted scopes. DonahueFavret had to manage and schedule another 6-10 owner-supplied vendors/subcontractors throughout construction. This took an extremely high level of communication across the board. The large site package also had significant challenges. Through our long working, collaborative relationship with Duplantis Design Group, we were able to ensure that all SWPPP standards were achieved, quality was adhered to and the schedule was met.

DonahueFavret Contractors and its team were so successful on the first project, we negotiated and constructed three more facilities.
