New corporate office delivers a flexible work space environment.
This new home office and gathering space was built for the Northshore Community Foundation in the heart of downtown Covington, LA. The structure is two stories tall, with a two-story atrium, exterior steel stairwells, and a large gathering porch. Offices, restrooms, and conference rooms are all part of the modern interior design. Approximately half of the office space is available for short-term rental with modern collaborative features.
