Poydras Home is a two-phase expansion and renovation for this historic senior care facility in New Orleans. Designed around the Greenhouse Project Model, the facility represents the highest quality of life for residents using national best practices in assisted living.
Phase 1, the Expansion, is complete and includes multiple 3-story buildings consisting of 78 private resident rooms each with private bathrooms totaling upwards of 60,000 SF.
Phase 2, the Renovation, is a remodel of the campus’ existing Historic House that will add updated common areas for the residents and include a salon, fitness studio, and a library.
Upon completion, Poydras Home will be the only senior care community in Louisiana to offer the Greenhouse Model care approach.
