Phased construction ensures facility experiences limited downtime.
DonahueFavret has completed many projects at the Tulane University Hospital & Clinic. The scope of the Bone Marrow Transplant Unit renovation on the 6th floor of the hospital included enlarging the existing 7-bed unit to a new 16-bed unit. New filtered air and water filtration systems were designed to run throughout the unit to ensure clean filtered air and water for patients with weakened immune systems. The project also included upgrading and relocating the existing Cryogenic lab to a state-of-the-art facility. This was a phased project, with top priority on getting the lab up and back online.
